until it so desires...

I think this is just one of those drawn out chapters in a story… you know, the ones where all the major hardships have kind of subsided, but before the next really great thing happens. 

I feel like I’m just waiting… for this next thing to happen. But really, it could be years before it happens… and that would be completely logical… and probably how it should be. But in the meantime, I’m trying not to live in constant hope for that ‘next thing’. I mean, really, I want to live for now. Every part of life has it’s purpose… just like every chapter in the book leads to the ending of the story. 

But how do you put something on hold? Something like this… that consumes your every thought, and you don’t even realize it. Something that seems so right… except for a few minor, obvious, details. 

I think God is teaching me patience… although I always thought myself pretty patient. But when it comes to this…
